Refund Policy

Returns are accepted by Health and Pet Variety under the following terms and conditions:

Goods damaged as a result of shipping:

1. Take photo of goods in original shipping packaging

2. When signing for the goods make a note on the documentation of the damage

3. Forward a copy of the photo of the damaged packaging and goods along with a copy of your invoice to Health and Pet Variety via email at healthpetandvariety@gmail.com.

Upon receipt we assess your claim and after confirming with you in writing, where reasonable practicable will replace the article. In the event the article is replaced you will be responsible for the cost of returning the damaged article to Health and Pet Variety prior to the shipment of a replacement article.

Faulty Goods:

Health and Pet Variety are bound to Australian Consumer Law with regards to the provision of goods known to be faulty and shall not provide goods that to the best of our knowledge are faulty. From time to time however goods may be issued that turn out to be faulty. In this event you are required to:

  1. Take photo of goods showing the fault where possible

  2. Email us at healthandpetvariety@gmail.com and request a claim form

  3. Forward a copy of the photo and your claim form along with a copy of your invoice to Health and Pet Variety via email at healthandpetvariety@gmail.com.

Upon receipt we assess your claim and after confirming with you in writing, where reasonable practicable will replace the article. In the event the article is replaced you will be responsible for the cost of returning the damaged article to Health and Pet Variety prior to the shipment of a replacement article.

Returns are NOT accepted by Health and Pet Variety under the following terms and conditions:

Change of Mind:

Unfortunately we cannot replace an article purely because you have changed your mind, don’t like the colour or your pet is not fussed on the taste.

All claims for returns must be notified to Health Pet and Variety within 30 days of delivery or in the event of a faulty product within 12 months of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at healthandpetvariety@gmail.com.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at healthandpetvariety@gmail.com to get an authorisation number and return details.

Shipping:

To return your product, please complete the required documentation and return to the address provided on the documentation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
